Learn from your boss before learning from great people

I was fortunate to accompany with Medinet right from its inception, therefore I understand the enthusiasm, expectations of my bosses putting into this company. Witnessed its growth in each day, each month I have even learned more from the way of training, management and the ability to inspire from my boss.

Why do I say: Please learn from your boss before learning from great people? Because you spend 8 hours / 24 hours per day in contact with them. So, learn how they make money to pay for salary, learn how they treat you to keep you stick with the company, learn how they treat their loved ones to remain successful but still have a happy home.

I've heard "Rules of behavior in a company:

Rule 1: The boss is always right
Rule 2: If the boss is wrong, please review the first rule"

This is absolutely correct in Medinet. You shouldn’t think negatively that is flattering or is suffering. Try leaving your ego to look back, why they are your boss? Yes, because, they must have been better than you on a certain field.

For me, the boss of Medinet is always right because he is successful thanks to what he learned, his willpower, big thinking, and his family is happy because of his civilized and sincere behavior with his relatives. That's more than enough for my boss to become my Idol!

As for myself, what have I got in Medinet and what have my boss given me?

I used to stand in a “safety circle”, just wanted to have a favorite work to go to work every day, then go home and entertain myself. The reason for it is that in other environments, I tried a lot but not was not recognized or I had so much weakness that I had not found out. The first days in Medinet, I was so nervous and wondering whether I would do well in a completely new field? But that feeling passed because the boss is always by my side, point out the shortcomings, guide to make me better.

I gradually changed my thoughts, completely got rid of the worry, relaxed myself, devoted to work, and be sociable. And instead of that, I think "If you do not know then learn, if you are not good then complete". This thought made me relax more, work more efficiently. And those efforts were recognized by a small position but it made me more confident.

There has been a lot of changes, contradicting opinions, the boss was always listening and bringing out the best solution. We are still and will be with Medinet to lift this company in a new level.

A year passed with the new experience in Medinet, I believe I was on the right track with the correct thought that I was fortunate to receive from 2 boss.
