Medinet and I: Believe and Love

Previously, if anyone asked why I worked at Medinet, I answered that it was because of the suitable working environment, reasonable income and funny, sociable colleagues. Now, if someone repeats the question, I will not hesitate to say "Because Medinet in me is far more than a workplace, it is trully a family”.

It has been almost 1 year since the day I joined the Medinet, this is not a long time but just well enough for me to feel attached and love this place. Sitting in the Office of Medinet, I no longer have the thought of "Should I quit being an editor and return to the investment analysis field as before? Or should I stop working to spend time taking care of my small child? ". On the contrary, I have set up a long-term plan with more intentions in the work as well as in life.

Why? Because in Medinet, I have found interest in the work, met the people whom I can learn many things from. I not only find the opportunity to boost my career but also together with funny, friendly and easy-going colleagues, I work hard to make meaningful and practical products.

Learning MATHS but choosing to be an EDITOR

I am the only one among the colleagues in department to learn MATHS since early school days but choosing to work as an EDITOR after graduation.

Remember the year 2009, graduated from National Economics University with Financial Mathematics major, I had many dreams, intentions for the future and started the “battle” of "sending out CV". At that time, I just hoped I got a job at a Bank, stock exchange firm or a financial company to do the job properly with majors that I've just learned.

I loved stock investment, I "loved" technical analysis and how lucky I was to have my first work as "technical analysis officier" at company S&D. Here, I met  friendly and open-hearted co-workers and learned many things in life. However, the more I worked, the more I realized that I was not suitable with the job and financial sector. So,when the economic recession of the country became most severe in late 2011 and early 2012, I decided to relinquish the boring mathematical model, the fall-off stock market to become an ECONOMIC EDITOR.

With the knowledge of economics that I learned at school and the experience of writing, editorial after more than 1 year working for stock newsletter, I could handle the work of an economic editor smoothly and easily. However, that work was pretty boring at that time, and the working environment was not suitable so I decided to give up that full-time job to become a freelancer while looking for a more appropriate job.

The over 1 year period of being a freelancer helped me gained much experience in writing, adequately built my confidence to apply for any Editor position that companies were looking for. But this time, the question of "Should I come back office or staying at home taking care of my small child?"came into my mind again. Those who are mothers would understand my feeling then.

When I got support from the family, I finally decided to come back work. "When I came across the recruitment news of MediNet in an editor group, and I quickly seized the opportunity. He recruited information for himself. So after two rounds of interview, I became a MediNet - er and since then I have never regretted or wanted to leave the company.

Medinet: Believe and Love

At work, what do people often expect for? I'm sure most of us are concerned about wages, remuneration and friends and colleagues. This is the initial element of interest and I decided to work at Medinet.

However, the more attached to the company, the more I noticed of “advantages” that Medinet offers that I had never experienced before.

Joining Medinet, I find the working environment here is completely different to the previous company I worked.

At Medinet, there is no gap between the boss and the staff whether it is middle-ranking manager, head of department or board of directors. At Medinet, all of them are friendly, warm-hearted, open and willing to share and help one another as brothers and sisters in a family. You are completely free to make personal comments during the meeting, can stand up and give comments, suggestions to your managers or director about something that you think is right.

Medinet helpsme gain more knowledge and valuable experience in life. Normally, at work, I just learned about expertise. However, at Medinet, I am further shared viewpoint, suggestions from people on all issues in life. Rather than what an editor can get from here, I improve myself more and learn a lot of new things.

Medinet leaders are the BIG-HEARTED, VISIONARY, WISDOM and VIRTURE. So, in here, I not only learn life experiences from fellow brothers and sisters, but also learn a lot from their main leaders.

At Medinet, there is no concept of "fail" for any certain job. Each Medinet-er bears in mind the thought of dare to think, dare to do, always thinking, "I can do this, surely there must be a certain way." That teaches me creative thinking and efforts at work.

Have you ever started working at a staff position, but only after 1-2 short months you had the opportunity to become boss yet? This is exactly not the"Once in a blue moon" in Medinet. Here, advancement opportunities for a worker to become leader, manager are opened for everyone. What you need is the ability, the capacity to pass the competition held at Medinet your career here will be extremely brilliant in the future.

It can be said that MediNet is a"young"enterprise, but not "inexperienced", because everyone here is going to build a solid foundation of corporate culture based on human factors.

Therefore, to me, working at Medinet is not just for a continuously increased income, but also to experience, develop and improve ourselves every day with colleagues. That is why since my very first step into Medinet I LOVE and want a long-term commitment to this place.
